What this website collects, and what it does not

No analytics and no tracking

This website does not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracker. No cookies are set for advertising or profiling, and your browsing of this site is not shared with any third-party marketing platform.

Web fonts are served from this website itself rather than from a font CDN, so simply reading a page does not send a request to any outside company.

Information you send through the contact form

If you complete the consultation form, the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number, the practice area and contact method you select, and whatever you write in the message field — are sent to the firm by email. They are not stored in a database on this website.

That information is used to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether the firm can assist you. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

Spam protection

The form is protected against automated submissions. To make that work, the server keeps two short-lived technical values: a single-use token tied to the verification question, which expires within 24 hours, and a counter tied to your IP address that limits how frequently the form can be submitted, which expires within seconds. Neither is used to identify you or to build a profile.

The map on the contact page

The Contact page embeds a map served by OpenStreetMap. It loads only when you scroll to it. When it loads, your browser contacts openstreetmap.org directly, and that request is subject to OpenStreetMap’s own privacy practices rather than this firm’s.

Links to other websites

This site links to outside websites, including the firm’s social media profiles, its Better Business Bureau listing, the news sources cited in Legal Insights, and the references page. Those sites are controlled by others, and this policy does not apply to them.

Confidential information

Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this website before an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing. Sending a message through this site does not by itself create that relationship, and information sent before it exists may not be protected as a confidential communication.
