Chipotle has paid a $20 million settlement to NYC after violating the ‘Fair Workweek Law’ and is continuing to have officials and employees puzzled how they are applying the law in their business practices.
The Fair Workweek law, in effect since 2017, mandates that management at fast-food restaurants give notice to employees of their schedules at least two weeks in advance.
