In efforts to continue to help small businesses recover from Covid-19 pandemic, acting New York Governor Kathy Hochul proposed to permanently legalize “to go” drinks for restaurants and bars.
Additionally as part of her billion dollar rescue plan for small businesses Hochul has set aside $2 million to add to the State Liquor Authority’s budget.
