The 4th quarter of 2021 saw sales continued to rise for homes in Brooklyn – houses or apartments – and forecasters calling for strong 2022 numbers as well. Brooklyn home buyers also have money as they are predominantly putting down more in cash, and likely having sold before so the new home buyers are drying up as the entry point has risen sharply.
