The recently proposed **above ground express train line connecting Brooklyn to Astoria**and eventually the Bronx may actuallyy happen after all. Governor Hochul announced the MTA feasibility study determined that the plan to use existing above ground freight lines is in fact feasible. In theory the Interborough Express would create a train line that would take riders end to end from Bay Ridge to Jackson Heights in 40 minutes.
