New York Governor Kathy Hochul has signed into legislation a recent proposal that would help **protect Brooklyn homeowners**from unwelcome and ever increasing solicitation to sell their homes. Apparently over-aggressive brokers had initiated a full court press on Brooklyn homeowners with unwanted offers to buy homes throwing cash at homes not listed for sale in efforts to gain new inventory.
