The boom – not bubble – in the housing market may be ending according to some experts monitoring the real estate industry. New home sales dropped last month over same time in 2020 due to a number of factors (although the fact that Summer Vacation hit and people were momentarily allowed to travel again may be a bigger factor than previously thought).
The study does point out that the “boom” may not be over but just moving into a more gradual prolonged period as long as remote work sticks.
